WHAT IS RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY AT 2PLUS2?
At 2Plus2 we offer 30 days returns policy. All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
Returns are valid on following conditions below:
HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE RETURN?
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to help@2plus2.com or by calling at (xxxxxxxxx). At 2Plus2, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
The replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at help@2plus2.com within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
To return an item, please email customer service at help@2plus2.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

PROCESS TIME:
We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receiving.
During busy sale events please allow up to 10-14 working days for your return to be processed.
COST OF RETURNS?
Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. We strongly recommend that use a trackable method to mail your return.
But for our beloved customers we charges ZERO for sending you back. Also incase defected product received by customer, the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven to ten (7-10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
DO YOU OFFER REFUND?
Yes we do refund in case damaged or if there was a mistake by packing staff and the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
